Ed Atkinson and Shannon Payne are a father-daughter team of loan consultants with boutique agency Golden Lenders, representing the Glenwood Springs Roaring Fork Valley Branch. The two are passionate about the home loan and real estate industry, motivating and educating homeowners to reach success through financial stability.
Both licensed mortgage loan originators, Ed has more than 23 years of experience in real estate and consumer lending, and Shannon brings a background in the housing industry and interior design. The team’s expertise extends to all facets of the lending process, from loan application and pre-approval, through closing and funding. They specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers, including down payment assistance. Their other areas of expertise include investment properties, rehabilitation loans, FHA, USDA, and VA loans.
